This document specifies the principle，specimen，testing equipment，testing procedure，data processing analysis，and test report of combined axial-torsional fatigue testing under strain-controlled loading for metallic materials.
This document is applicable to the combined axial-torsional fatigue testing under constant amplitude completely-reversed strain loading（zero mean strains）with the same frequency of axial and torsional waveforms for the thin-walled tubular metal specimens at room temperature and elevated temperature.
