适用范围：

This standard specifies the principle, instruments, preparation and preservation of samples for measuring the diameter of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), measurement methods, image analysis, calculation results, measurement examples of typical samples and etc.
This standard is applicable to the use of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and TEM image anal ysis technology to measure the diameters of CNTs.
This standard is not applicable to specimens of CNTs with significant diameter changes, such as bamboo-like.
