This standard specifies the terms and definitions, instrument structure,technical requirements and test methods for laser confocal microscope Raman spectrometer.
This standard is applicable to single-stage, double-stage or triple-stage dispersive confocal microscope Raman spectrometer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) using continuous-wave laser as the excitation light source.
This document is not applicable to non-dispersive Raman spectrometer such as Fourier transform Raman spectrometer and Raman spectrometer based on pulse laser source.
