This standard specifies basic safety requirements, management measures, technical measures and working procedures of high voltage laboratory and safety requirements for sample preparation.
This standard is applicable to high voltage laboratory (including high voltage test hall and high voltage outdoor test field) and its working personnel.It is also applicable to on site high voltage test of transformer substations and power plants in test zones formed according to requirements of this standard.
